Project Description
Acting on behalf of NESCOT planning permission was secured on land formerly used for animal husbandry. Planning permission was secured for 91 new homes on this former greenfield site. The proposals included a range of housing types in a low-density sensitive scheme that sought to respect the local area. Public engagement as well as extensive pre-application consultation with the Local Planning Authority helped secure a positive outcome raising funds to enable NESCOT to reinvest in the main college campus.
